CHALETS

A reservation is made by telephone at 00 33 (0)5.58.48.12.29 or by fax at 00 33 (0)5.58.48.20.70

It is asked for a payment of down payment of 20% of the stay. In case of cancellation, this deposit will not be reimbursed except if the chalet can be rented again during the same time period. The rest of the payment can be made during the renter's arrival and the establishment of an inventory of fixtures. A guarantee deposit of 300 Euros will thus be made to cover the entirety of the material plus a guarantee deposit of 50 Euros for the cleaning in cash. These will be returned at the sight inventory at the end of your stay.

CAMPGROUND SITES
During the period of July 1 to August 31, reservations will be accepted for a minimum stay of one week. Reservation fee: As a result of a Municipal Council deliberation (meeting dating 14/12/98), a lump sum of 15 Euros is asked as a reservation and file fee. This sum is not deductible from the bill, nor repayable if your stay is canceled.
Deposit: A sum of 20% of the bill ought to be provided upon the making of the reservation. This sum is deducted from the bill.
Reimbursement of the deposit: This sum will be reimbursed in case of cancellation by recorded delivery letter only: before June 1 for July reservations -before July 1 for August reservations. No reimbursement will be made after these dates. The reservation form duly filled in, dated, and signed should be accompanied by a sum of 15 Euros + a deposit of 20%. The reservation is effective as soon as the fees are received. It is named and can not be transferable without a new consent. The bill for the stay should be paid upon registration at the campground (deposit deductible). Late arrivals or early departures do not constitute a reduction in the bill reflecting the reservation period.
Arrivals: the site is available starting from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. on the arranged day. Warning: In case your arrival is delayed or late, you are obliged to inform us IN WRITING. If we do not receive any information of this kind, the site will be attributed to another client, beginning the next day at 12 midday.
Departure: the site ought to be freed at 12 midday at the latest on the arranged day of departure.
Outside of the period when the campground is open, someone is available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 12 midday.
Your reservation confirmation will be asked for at the reception desk upon the day of your arrival.
